- 800 g young zucchini;
- 120-150 g wheat flour;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 3 sprigs dill;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- ground black pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, salt, let stand for 10-15 minutes, and gently squeeze out excess liquid with your hands.
- Add minced garlic, finely chopped dill, ground black pepper, and gradually add the flour. Mix until a homogeneous thick batter is formed. You can also add spices or aromatic herbs to taste.
- Spoon the batter onto a heated pan with oil and fry the zucchini fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat.
