Italian carpaccio holds a special place among all cold appetizers. Traditionally, it consists of thinly sliced raw beef tenderloin served with a sauce, but over time, the term carpaccio has been applied to other foods prepared using the same principle. We're sharing 20 excellent recipes!

1. Beef Carpaccio
