Braised Napa Cabbage with Minced Meat in a Skillet

Ingredients
- 600 g Napa cabbage;
- 400 g minced meat;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste;
- 100 ml water;
- 1 teaspoon dried paprika;
- salt and ground black pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-step recipe
- Shred the Napa cabbage, grate the carrot, and finely chop the onion.
- Sauté the onion and carrot until soft, add the minced meat, and cook for another 7-8 minutes, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.
- Add the Napa cabbage to the minced meat and continue cooking, stirring, until it reduces slightly in volume.
- Dilute the tomato paste in water, pour it into the rest of the ingredients, add paprika, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Cover the skillet and braise the Napa cabbage for another 10-15 minutes until it reaches your desired tenderness. Enjoy your meal!
