Young Potatoes Wrapped in Bacon in an Air Fryer – Delicious Recipe

Ingredients
- 800 g young potatoes;
- 200 g bacon slices;
- 3 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- ground black pepper to taste.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Thoroughly wash the young potatoes with a brush and cut them in half if the tubers are too large.
- Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes after boiling, then drain the water and let them cool slightly.
- Mix vegetable oil, minced garlic, salt, and all spices. Add the potatoes to this mixture and mix well.
- Wrap each potato with a strip of bacon, and if necessary, secure with skewers.
- Arrange the young potatoes with bacon in a single layer on the air fryer rack and bake for 18-20 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). You can flip them once during the process.
