1. Chicken Paprikash

You will need: 1 chicken fillet, 1 bell pepper, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 tsp paprika, spices.

Preparation: Finely chop the onion and fry until golden. Add the diced chicken and fry for another 6-7 minutes. Add flour, spices, and sour cream, then pour in water or broth until the liquid completely covers the meat. Simmer for 8 minutes. Add the finely chopped pepper and tomato, and cook for another 20 minutes over low heat.

You will need: 700 g beef, 2 bell peppers, 125 g sour cream, 2 tbsp paprika, 1 red onion, spices.

Preparation: Dice the bell pepper, slice the onion into half-rings, and cut the meat into small pieces. Brown the beef, add the onion, and after 3 minutes, add the pepper. Add paprika and all spices, and after another 5 minutes, a little water or broth. Simmer the paprikash for 40 minutes over low heat, add sour cream, and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Preparation: Cut the meat into medium pieces, brown it, and set aside. In the same pan, fry finely chopped onion with garlic and celery. Then add pepper and paprika, and after 5 minutes, add tomatoes and spices.

Add sour cream, return the meat to the sauce, pour in a little water, and simmer everything for half an hour over low heat. Whisk cream cheese with egg and flour, roll the dough into a rope, and cut into small pieces. Boil them for 4-5 minutes in boiling water, add to the finished paprikash, mix, and heat for another minute.
