- 700-800 g rockfish fillet;
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour;
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-step recipe
- Rinse the rockfish fillet and pat it thoroughly dry with paper towels. If necessary, cut into serving pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour with dried garlic, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt. Dredge each piece of fish in this mixture.
- Fry the rockfish fillet for 3-4 minutes per side in a pan over medium heat. Look for a golden crust.
